I've only just recently come across this book but I think it sounds like a good read, I really like the idea of it being recorded in diary entries and after the end of the world didn't come around last year I think this might be quite a refreshing read. Miranda seems like quite a strong protagonist, its also nice to see a book taking place at the moment of change rather than dystopian fiction where everything is already settled (but not in a good way)
